We do have a straightforward refund or exchange policy which all are customers can trust fully. We hope your purchases meet your discerning standards, but if you wish to return an item, you have 30 days to return your items for a refund or exchange. All items must be returned with a receipt or delivery note, in saleable condition.  Faulty Items may be returned within five months of purchase.
